My hope is set on the God who:
--Is in control
--Loves me!
--Is patient and kind
--Is holy and hates my sin
--Is completely able
--Will do what is best, and what brings Him glory, no matter how impossible that seems.
--Has answered prayers - specific ones - in the past. I am sure He will do it again.
--Is my dearest friend--and the most longsuffering!

I KNOW that God is my REFUGE... not my enemy.
I KNOW that God Himself is my purpose, and my peace.
I KNOW that God is the One leading me to abundant life.
I KNOW that God is always patient and loving with me, regardless of my mistakes and failures.
I KNOW that God loves those around me who may not be willing to believe in Him... and that He is still full of grace and longs for them to look to Him!
I KNOW that God loves me more than I can fathom.
I KNOW that no circumstance is able to determine my future more than God... who has promised me a hope despite any circumstance! Praise the Lord!

I KNOW I have experienced the Power of Prayer...this
I know. I have seen Him work in wonderous, powerful and glorious ways in my own
life and of those who rely and trust in HIM! Do not be afraid or hesitate to ask
GOD for your needs. I know if we submit to Him, He does answer our prayers, He
supplies our needs. “And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you shall

I KNOW that it is because of the grace of God that I can celebrate the years past, and the years to come, come what may!! I KNOW I give our Lord the praise and glory for giving me this past year of so
many blessings, the blessings of old friends and for new friends that came into
my life, the 5.2 project, my church, my family, my health, my home, the college
graduation and wedding of my first grandchild and so many other blessings that I

I have learned and now KNOW that God knows what is best for us. When he said not to worry about tomorrow and what it may bring, HE was SO right!! Who knew?? Haha!! I didn't for the longest time.......I am so FREE now and I look back at the me I used to be. When my son, Luke--10 years old--was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at age 7, I was so anxious that I made myself literally ill. I lost so much sleep mulling over all of the possibilities of his future in my head. It was awful. Now I have been set free to just enjoy my adorable, hilarious, joyful, brilliant, and yes, quirky son!! I wouldn't trade him for the world. GOD doesn't make mistakes and I was chosen to be Luke's mama for a DIVINE reason. That just rocks!! :) Thank you Lord for all of my boys!! - Courtney
