Miracles. Worship. A small boy with a small offering. A Mighty God who saw a small boy. A Savior. A Victory- Maker. This is our God! And that, my friends, is reason for joy!
Have you experienced real joy? Do you KNOW the Savior?
I'm amazed, thankful, and so very excited at how personally our faithful conversationalists are working to follow the Lord! I'm THRILLED at the example of people who really want to follow Christ and who are reflections of their Savior! So today, let's remember to re... Continue reading ...

Good morning to you! How often do we witness things, and let reality soak in through different stages and different moments in life? It's an AWESOME thing that the God of the universe is willing to patiently reveal Himself over and over, right where we are, to lead us forward to more of His unfathomable glory. I want more, don't you? So let's dig in.
Remember to put the leader in front! Spend some time in prayer and worship. Then... let's follow the Lord!
Today we're going to dive headf... Continue reading ...

Hi there! Hope you're having a great week! We're going to change things up a little bit today as Simon and his friends follow Jesus to some very significant events in their own lives!
We're following a bit of a pattern in the gospels at the moment. We read a cluster of verses in which the disciples are mentioned often by name, followed by a cluster in which they were just watching. Then the same pattern repeats. Today we're following the events, teachings, and steps of the Master (while... Continue reading ...

Hi Everyone!
You're witnesses of miracles! Isn't that incredible! And if you don't know what I'm talking about, read the comments yesterday... then you're a witness too!
The disciples watched.
So did you.
And then what?
Please read Matthew 10. It was time for the disciples to learn to follow... without physically seeing Jesus in front of them. However, what did Jesus spend the entire chapter doing?
I'll tell you! He spent the entire chapter equipping them to follow Him. Wow... Continue reading ...

Hey Guys!
Have you had some time in prayer today? If not, please do, and grab your Bible.
Please open your Bible up to where we left off in Simon's journey, Matthew 8:28.
We're going to do an overview of some events today. So I hope you followers are ready to do some traveling with me! I'd like us to think through what the disciples saw [what knowledge they collected] as they followed Jesus. Ready?
In Matthew 8:28-34 we read about the healing of two demon-possessed men. These men..... Continue reading ...

Hey guys. I hope you're doing well and ready for the weekend. Thank you
for your discussion and careful thought... I don't think I'm alone when I say
it's helped me to hear your thoughts.
Let's get started but again, before digging in, have you met with Him
in prayer today? Please take some time to do that. After-all, we can't follow someone without inviting
them to lead.
I've got something really exciting on my mind
that I'd like to talk with you about today. We've been mulling throu... Continue reading ...

Good morning!
Today, Let's dig right in! Have you spent time in
prayer and worship to the great God we've been talking about?!? I sure hope so...
Please read Luke
5:1-11
This is awesome. Just gotta say
it.
Our Jesus was standing on the shore with people
crowding around Him. The people wanted to hear the word of
God!
Now get this.
Jesus looked for ways to effectively share the word of God. He would
do the great work, but He looked for what would be
offered to advance His kingdom. He ... Continue reading ...

Isn't it good to praise the
Lord?!?! (Did you say yes?!? Ok Great!
Then start off your study today by... praising the Lord!!!)
:)
Yesterday we took a look at
counting the cost. We laid the groundwork for being resolved for the long term.
Today we're going to pull it in a little closer to home... and really get to see
some of more God's love for us! Ready to dive in?
Please read:
(Keep an eye out for where each scene takes place.) Matthew 4:18-20,
Matthew 8:14-15, Matthew 8:23, Matth... Continue reading ...

Now
faith is
being sure of
what we hope for, and certain of what we do not
see. Hebrews 11:1
What are you sure of today? Think through the
day before you…
What are you placing your hope
in?
Is your view of God dependent on your
circumstances? Or are your circumstances dependent on your
God?
Do you realize… you can only “follow” one or the
other. You can only place your hope in
one or the other. What is
your choice?
Yesterday we watched Simon and his friends
witness mir... Continue reading ...

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope
without
wavering, for He who
promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:23
The discussion here has been awesome. Let’s keep working out just how we
can follow our incredible Savior! EVERY STEP is so much more than worth it!
Here’s a pretty awesome thought to start your day! What is
your confession of
hope ?
Think about it….
*** I'm not asking for anything but the reality of what your life
illustrates here... what is the confession of your

Friday! I hope you have a great one. No new leads will be posted until Monday,
but discussions will be left open all weekend. Please use them! Take the time to
catch up and feel free to continue to discuss things from the week and add your

Ok. Let's get down to business. Because I'm
excited about this...

Let's dig right in today, shall we? We are
people of action... after-all!
Please check out these
verses and watch the
progression as people observed and learned just who this Jesus really was. Mark 1: 27-28, Mark 2:12,
Mark 3:10-12, Mark 4:40-41, John 2:11.
Nobody had all the
answers about Jesus. Even those who wanted to know Him the most had to learn
slowly. They all had to follow. One step at a time. It wasn't any easier for them
than it is for you and me... have you ever stopped t... Continue reading ...

Resolved. Jesus is resolved. We're all
common people. Just like Simon. God sees. God knows. God loves and He has a
plan. Are you following Him with real, tangible, practical steps?
Yesterday
we really focused on the resolve that the Lord has toward us. It led Him straight to the cross. Take a
minute and think about that.
[No. Really. Then stop and thank your Savior.

Now.
Let's take a closer look at our fisherman. We've already mentioned he was a hard
working fisherman. This den... Continue reading ...

Mornin! I hope you're doing well today. Did you read
yesterday's discussion? What an awesome thing it is to be able to look at Jesus
and KNOW that He's
someone we can trust completely to follow. If you don't already KNOW that...
just follow. One step at a time and you'll see. I guarantee you won't be
disappointed. Have you spent time in prayer today? If not... please go ahead and
do it. Let's make sure that [Jesus is leading] our
study today!
Let's dive back

Day 1...
Here we go!!! If you haven't introduced yourself please go ahead and say hello!
At any time through the study please feel free to send in your prayer requests. As
you join in the discussion remember... we're all in this thing together! It's not about answering “right”... or answering
“best.” It's about seeking God and enjoying, learning
from, and applying what we find! Some days you may just
want to add a line... or won't be able to join in at all... that's ok! Other
