The hustle and bustle of the holiday season has been overwhelming for me this year. I don’t know about you guys but I have been going NONSTOP in EVERY direction for the past few months. Amidst all the traveling and visiting I have honestly found it very difficult to have my normal time with God.

But the sad thing is this is NOT what I want. My heart longs for a BFF status with God. And the crazy thing is, he wants that too. SO BADLY. Isaiah 41:10 says, “ ‘You are my witnesses,’ declares the Lord, ‘and my servants whom I have CHOSEN, so that you may KNOW and BELIEVE me and understand that I am he.’” He wants us to know him. He wants us to tune into him, to his heart.

He has chosen me, chosen you and his desire is that we just know and believe he is who he said he is. We have to trust God.  In Beth Moore’s book, Breaking Free she states, “ A trust relationship grows only by stepping out in faith and making the choice to trust.” 

This is SO closely related to the mission of the52project. Know. Live. Share. We have to trust to know. And to know we have to spend time with him.

Therefore, amidst the crazyness, I commit to trust, believe, know, and share HIM.
