Isn't it good to just stop sometimes, and realize that we can take it just one day at a time?

… And isn't it good to remember that we have to take things one day at a time (whether we like it or not!)

Here are some things for you to remember, no matter what your day brings. Because the One who holds your day and the circumstances that you can't control holds you as well. And He's more wonderful than words can describe. So, for today, let's thank Him!

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

What a wonderful Savior!

“... This day is sacred to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!” Nehemiah 8:10

The joy of the Lord, of who the Lord IS, gives you strength to face any, yes any circumstance!

This is the day that the Lord has made! I will rejoice and be glad in it! Psalm 118:24

The Lord made THIS day. Today. And THAT is something to rejoice in!

Give us this day our daily bread. Luke 11:3

Lord, just for today. Please lead me today. And I will thank you, I will acknowledge your leadership. And I will follow. What a privilege!

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary trials are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18.

What a wonderful God who leads us day by day. Do you know Him? Will you follow... today?
