The evidence of god
Do you see it?
Trust in the midst of doubt and confusion. Purity in the face of temptation. Perserverance despite weariness. Peace in a world that is anything but peaceful. Thanksgiving from a heart that is not relying on circumstances. Commitment that no man can diminish. Hope that is deep and true and real.
The Spirit of the Living God; Jesus Christ. He lives. He is alive and well and strong and ruling and reigning and sovereign and eternal. He is here ...

It's almost Thanksgiving! Will you take a moment to stop and Thank the Lord with me? Better yet... stop everything for a few moments and simply pour out everything you can possibly think of to thank Him for. You'll be blessed and encouraged.... guaranteed. Please stop by the blog and share what you're thankful for with us as well!
Psalm 100 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness. come before Him with joyful songs. KNOW that the Lord is God! It is HE who made us, an... Continue reading ...

The other day I was talking with a dearly loved
friend about what I KNOW about God. I was explaining to her the undeniable
evidence of what God did in saving our marriage... bringing my husband home
after a two and a half year separation and redeeming our lives as only He can
do! She challenged me by saying that I believe in God because things "worked out
well." But that's just not the case.

The evidence of
god
All of us know that birds have
feathers. But what you may not know is that even a feather points us to
the amazing Hand of God.
Feathers are tough and strong,
but are also light and pliable. If God made feathers too heavy, a bird would not
be able to fly. If He made them too weak, a gust of wind could break them and
throw the bird to the ground. Instead, in His infinite wisdom, God made the
feathers light enough to allow birds to fly but strong enough to keep perfec...

Psalm 91:1 He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Where do I dwell? I’ve asked myself this question after reading Psalms 91 recently. The definition of dwell is as follows: to live as a resident; to exist in a given place or state; to fasten one’s attention.
I can easily tell you my address; that is where I technically ‘dwell’; it is where I return to every time I go out; it is where I spend much of my time...

How many of you can honestly say that God is in your circumstances? How many of you desire to have God with you in your circumstances? Well, recently God has shown me that although I can answer yes to both of these questions, I have placed Him down WITH them, rather than above them where He belongs. God does not want us to make Him another component of what we experience, but to recognize and acknowledge that He is above all of them.

Listen to God speak today; not only to Israel but to America
Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says the Lord GOD, and not that he should turn from his ways and live?
But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin whi...

I have a good friend who often
shares her conviction of the need to physically bow before God on her
knees. I agree with it completely however I haven’t often done this
myself with any consistency. When I pray, I am usually on my bed or
on the floor on my stomach. There isn’t anything wrong with praying
while standing, sitting, or laying down, however God has brought some
things to light for me through His Word, and I’d like to share it
with you today.

evidence
I’d like for you to consider something today. This something is real, however, you can’t see it, you can’t touch it, and you can’t taste it. And although the above sentence is true, everybody would agree that it most definitely exists.
What is it? It is the magnificent WIND…………….
Where does it come from? Where does it end? How can something we can’t grab onto, study under a microscope, or analyze in detail be real? It is invisible; completely and totally unable ...

Preparation is needed for all aspects of life. We get ready for bed, ready for work, and ready for church on Sunday. But there are those grand moments that require much more preparation than others. A wedding is one such event.
Not preparing for the daily tasks we are given is irresponsible. It is the evidence of an undisciplined life. Not being prepared for major life events however is completely foolish. Let’s carefully look at what Jesus has to say.
You are invited!"Day by Day" Is an opportunity for you to share what you are learning about God and His word with others. Join our wonderful friend Maria as she offers insight that the Lord gives and offers it back to Him by sharing. Please don't miss this chance to "share what you know" ... so that we can know more about our great God together! To submit your thoughts or comments just send it in an e-mail to the5.2project@gmail.com or write it straight in the box below and we'll post it for you. Thank you for sharing with us this way!
